Garrison Creek Construction is a commercial and residential general contracting and project management firm in Toronto, Ontario.

Founded by Christopher Hill and David Austin, the company is built on the philosophy; Construction Focused, Relationship Driven.

The construction focus is commercial and residential interiors, with a diverse range of clients from Retail to Restaurants, Hospitality to Corporate Interiors, REITS and Home Owners.

Through a FORMAL construction PROCESS, Garrison Creek delivers a controlled and safe construction environment. The site team is trained for streamlined mobilization, getting us started with organized trades and momentum.

Garrison Creek can represent the clients project needs anywhere in North America. It's becoming common these days for clients to outsource implementation to professional project managers rather than hire an in-house team.

This cost effective solution to project execution ensures 1 point of contact with a team that has developed the knowledge of company design standards and expectations. Otherwise, this is a learning curve that clients have to teach each new GC they hire when they launch a new project.

Project Managers are part of the client team and handle the full range of project needs. Where the GC typically performs just the construction, a PM additionally contracts the various other elements such as millwork fabrication, telecommunications, warehousing, etc.

Garrison Creek was a historic river on the site of the current city of Toronto. The name Garrison Creek derives from military Fort York that was built near the river mouth. To this day, medallions are found on the streets, marking the path that the river once followed.
